In the message, shared on the second Invictus Germany Sports Festival, Harry told those in attendace: “Thank you for your service… have a fantastic time in Dusseldorf. Lean on those when you need to and celebrate everything you have achieved, and most importantly, have fun.”
Harry, who stepped down as a senior working royal in 2020, has not appeared at Trooping the Colour since 2019.

The royals have stepped in London to mark the monarch’s official birthday, a historic event which takes place every June.
The carriages left Buckingham Palace to head down The Mall at approximately 10.45am, with the message from Harry shared online around 11.11am.
Harry attended the 2019 Trooping the Colour with his wife, Meghan Markle, with the couple having become parents to Prince Archie just weeks earlier.
The former working royal is set to travel to the UK next month to attend the one-year countdown event for the 2027 Invictus Games, which will take place in Birmingham.
It remains unknown if Meghan and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, will travel to the UK with him.
Harry founded the Games in 2014, with the first one taking place in London.
The Games in Birmingham will take place between July 10 and 17, 2027.
