Jeremy Clarkson has been supported by Piers Morgan after revealing that he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The 66-year-old spoke about his diagnosis for the first time in the latest episodes of Clarkson’s Farm, which dropped on Amazon Prime Video overnight. In devastating scenes, he could be seen explaining that, while the disease was “aggressive”, it had been diagnosed early.

Taking to Instagram following the news, Piers shared a picture of himself and the former Top Gear host, urging him to make a full recovery. Beside the snap, he wrote: “I was surprised when Jeremy Clarkson texted me on Boxing Day, a few days after this pic was taken, to say how much he liked my @paddypowerofficial ad urging men to get tested for prostate cancer. Now I understand.

“I wish my old sparring partner all the best with his treatment. Guys, have a PSA test, it may save your life.” Piers fronted an advert for Paddy Power last December, in which he went in for a prostate exam and learnt that early signs for cancer could be found from a blood test.

Fans were quick to share their own support for Jeremy in the comments below, while also praising the ex Good Morning Britain host for using his platform to encourage others to get checked out.

“Please keep plugging this Piers,” a follower said. “its so important! There is no national screening programme for Prostate cancer & thousands of men are finding out when its too late. Thankfully my husband’s was caught early xx.”

“Shocked to hear about Jeremy & shocking there is no national screening programme. All the best to him on this journey,” another agreed.

“Let’s pray Jeremy can beat this. Love his Farm show and everything he’s done. Annual PSA is a no brainer,” an Instagram user commented, while one added: “Hoping all goes well for Jeremy Clarkson. Just love his series Clarkson’s farm and all he’s done for the British farmers.”

Jeremy spoke about his condition for the first time in the latest episodes of Clarkson’s Farm – the new season was filmed from late 2024 to September 2025.

After taking time away from Diddly Squat Farm to recover from a heart procedure, he was seen discussing his health update with farm manager Charlie Ireland and farm hand Kaleb Cooper.

“I’ve got cancer. I’ve known since May,” he told them, confirming that he’d had “10% of his prostate removed.

“I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early so the treatment will be…”

At the end of the season finale, he filmed scenes from his hospital bed, telling viewers: “We started season five with me in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five and I’m back in a hospital bed.

“What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six, and if it isn’t, I won’t.”
