Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) snaps in next weeks Emmerdale, as Dr Caitlin Todd’s (Caroline Harker) vicious blackmail mission finally becomes too much.
After weeks of torture at the hands of the devious doctor, Charity can take no more and outright challenges Todd to do her worst. She’s utterly surprised, though, when Todd backs down, but her victory is short lived when she’s later assaulted. Has Todd struck back?
Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick), believing that husband Sam (James Hooton) is having an affair with Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy), finally decides to take the bull by the horns and confront him, with Kim Tate (Claire King) by her side. Though when she makes a huge scene in the Woolpack, what will she discover?
Speaking of Laurel, she breaks things off with Ross Barton (Michael Parr), much to the chagrin of Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) while Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) presses forward with her clean eating. Elsewhere, Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) realises she may have bitten off a little bit more than she can chew with Archie Breckle (Kai Assi), who takes on a dangerous enemy himself in Caleb Miligan (William Ash).

Sunday, June 7
At her lowest ebb and unable to find the remaining cash to pay off Todd, Charity confronts her and dares her to expose the truth. Todd, uncharacteristically backs down, before admitting that she enjoys the chaos of Charity’s life. While things seem to have been settled between them, Charity is later assaulted.
Ross wants to take Laurel out, though her unease at the fact their relationship is progressing makes her nervous, and Nicola is unimpressed when Laurel expresses her guilt over Ross taking their fling too seriously and later dumps him.
When she sees Sam sneaking out of Laurel’s house, Kim is firm in her belief that he’s cheating on Lydia, though when she relays her suspicion to Lydia and she’s devastated, Kim regrets her actions, but offers to accompany her in confronting him.
Monday, June 8
Entering the pub to the sight of Sam hugging Laurel, Lydia’s entire world falls apart and her heart breaks.
With Kim’s encouragement, she decides enough is enough and endeavours to confront him in the most public way possible.
The entire Woolpack falls silent as a tear-streaked and broken Lydia fronts up to Sam and confronts him over his ‘affair’ with Laurel.

Kerry is irked when Caleb questions her work ethic when she leaves to pick up Archie. He later receives a call from ‘Steph’ requesting money for a flat deposit in London and gives Billy the go-ahead to do so, just as Ruby tells Chas that Steph is in Thailand. Later, Archie listens to his AI recreation of Steph’s voice as the money lands in his account. Later, Kerry catches him using the voice as a brand new computer is delivered.
After she creates a new healthy menu, Gabby is overjoyed at the reviews from the public. Alone, though, her social media scrolling ventures into far darker territory than healthy eating.
Elsewhere, Graham pushes Kyle to open up to Cain, while gifting him an old army watch.
