1. Charity forces Dr Todd to back down
Charity hits the bottle as she worries that Dr Todd will ruin Sarah’s 21st birthday party by exposing the truth.
In the end, a drunken Charity finds the courage to call Dr Todd’s bluff – daring her to expose the secret about baby Leyla. Todd surprisingly backs down, unwilling to destroy Sarah’s life so publicly.
2. Charity is assaulted
Todd admits that she enjoys being part of Charity’s chaotic life and the pair appear to call a truce, as Todd suggests that the secret is now safe.
Later, though, Dr Todd’s malicious behaviour resurfaces as Charity is subjected to an assault.
3. Caleb falls for a scam
Caleb is keen to help when he receives a call from “Steph”, who asks for £5,000 so that she can put down a deposit on a flat in London. At work, he gets Billy to help with making the transfer.
It’s clear that something is amiss when Ruby mentions that Steph is in Thailand, not London, and has a new boyfriend.
Jai’s son Archie listens to an AI version of Steph’s voice – he’s the one who came up with a ruthless plan to con Caleb.
4. Archie is quickly caught out
Kerry questions Archie’s financial situation when an expensive new computer arrives.
When Kerry later catches Archie with the AI recording of Steph’s voice, it looks like the troublesome teen has been busted.
5. Laurel questions her fling with Ross
Ross seems more invested in Laurel than ever when he expresses an interest in taking her out. Laurel frets to Nicola that Ross is now taking the relationship too seriously.
Later, Ross gets upset when Laurel abruptly ends things between them – has the door closed for good?
6. Lydia makes a public accusation
Lydia starts to believe Kim’s wild theory that Sam and Laurel are having an affair. The final straw comes when she arrives at The Woolpack and finds the two of them hugging.
Fighting back tears, Lydia publicly accuses Sam of cheating on her with Laurel, leaving the entire pub shocked. How will Sam respond as he realises that his secret dancing plan has backfired badly?
7. Gabby browses disturbing online posts
Gabby launches a new healthy menu at The Hide and is excited when it receives rave reviews.
However, as Gabby continues scrolling through social media, she starts to see posts which have a much darker tone.
8. Graham pleads with Kyle again
Graham once again urges Kyle to talk to Cain about everything that’s been going on.
He also continues to develop a friendship with the troubled schoolboy and gives him an old Army watch.
