Princess Eugenie has been accused of “being like Meghan Markle” during an awkward moment at Peter Phillips’ wedding. The 36-year-old made a surprise appearance at her cousin’s wedding on Saturday, joined by her husband Jack Brooksbank.

Eugenie and Jack were also joined by Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, with all four of them arriving at the Church at the same time. As they arrived at All Saints Church in Kemble to witness Peter tie the knot with NHS nurse Harriet Sperling, the sisters and their husbands were greeted by other members of the Royal Family, including 12-year-old Mia Tindall.
