In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, Dr Todd turns even nastier as she discovers that desperate Charity is lying to her over The Woolpack sale. When Charity hands over further cash, evil Todd reminds her of who holds all the cards.
Elsewhere, Sam and Lydia’s tensions reach a worrying level – just as Kim gets the wrong idea over what’s going on.

1. Charity carries out her risky new plan
Charity is dead-set on her latest plan – robbing Caleb’s depot so that she can make some fast cash and pay off Dr Todd. However, she’s alarmed when she learns that – contrary to what she’d assumed – Caleb’s employees aren’t getting the day off, even though electrical work is taking place inside the building.
Thinking quickly, Charity invites the workers to a free lunch event at The Woolpack so they’ll be away from the depot for a while. Knowing the robbery would impact both Caleb and Noah – who’s carrying out the electric repairs – will Charity really go through with it?
2. Dr Todd is shocked by Kim’s insider info
Dr Todd enjoys a quiet chat with Kim at The Woolpack and is surprised to learn that the Home Farm boss has intel to share about Charity. Kim admits that she was in talks to buy Charity’s share of the pub, but pulled out at the last minute, leaving the landlady very unhappy.
This is at odds with Charity’s desperate lies, as she’s been telling Todd that the Woolpack sale is imminent. Now aware that she’s being deceived, Todd silently seethes…
3. Charity receives another threat
Charity manages to pull together some money as a down payment for Todd, hoping that it’ll be enough to pacify her for a few weeks.
Todd scoffs at Charity’s efforts, reminding her that the final deadline is now just a day away. Charity is horrified as Todd threatens to expose the truth about baby Leyla at Sarah’s 21st birthday party if she doesn’t get the full £100,000 payment.
4. Sam makes things worse with Lydia
Sam continues to avoid spending time with Lydia, as he’s still obsessed with his secret mission to brush up on his dance skills as a romantic surprise.
Lydia feels neglected by Sam and openly questions the way he’s treating her. Ross is frustrated that Sam is risking his marriage for the sake of keeping the dance plan secret. It all seems rather counterproductive, but there’s just no reasoning with Home Farm’s groundsman on this one!
5. Kim gets the wrong idea
Kim gossips with Nicola and is intrigued when the café boss lets slip that Laurel has a new man in her life.
With this coming just as Sam is behaving so strangely, Kim comes up with the theory that he’s having an affair with Laurel! And it’s only a matter of time before this will cause major trouble for Lydia and Sam’s marriage…
