Read on for five early teasers…
1. Charity receives some tough advice
After a drunken attempt to rob the Home Farm safe, Charity and Chas discuss their next steps in the Dr Todd blackmail saga.
While Charity favours more harebrained schemes to come up with the £100,000 hush money, Chas points out that her best move is very simple – telling the truth.
Chas reckons it’s better in the long run if Charity confesses her deceit to Mackenzie, Sarah and Jacob. It would certainly take the wind out of Dr Todd’s sails, but will Charity consider it?
2. Caleb could be next in the firing line
Another option presents itself to Charity when she learns that Caleb’s depot will soon be closed for some repair work on the electrics.
Charity tells Chas that the opportunity is there to rob Caleb’s business and hand over the money that Todd has demanded. Will Chas be on board with betraying a family member?
3. Dr Todd vows to say her goodbyes
As Charity continues to promise that Dr Todd will get her money, she reminds the malicious medic that she must leave the village straight afterwards.
Dr Todd seems prepared to hold up her end of the bargain, as she informs Vanessa that a new opportunity has come up and she’ll soon be saying her goodbyes. Could Dr Todd’s days in Emmerdale be numbered, or will she change her mind again?
4. Cain receives advice from Liam
Cain is frosty towards Liam when the local doctor pays him a visit at Wishing Well Cottage.
Liam is conscious of how Cain is staying close to home to avoid any further struggles to find a bathroom. He suggests that it’s time to consider alternative solutions so he can live his life again, but will Cain listen?
5. Laurel gets the green light
As Gabby focuses on her plans for a new healthy menu at The Hide, Laurel finds an opportunity to question her about Ross.
Gabby insists that she’s completely over Ross following his recent rejection, so Laurel takes this as a sign to shed all of the guilt she’s feeling about her own fling with the bad boy. Is this really wise?
